Always good service
I’m a Canadian client and it seems like I have always had issues paying utility bills online from Canada. More often than not, the payments are debited but a few days/weeks later they are refunded putting us in arrears with the utility/city account. Once a bill payee is set up, it should be one and done but for whatever reason if the company/utility changes addresses, the payment is refunded. Please explain this to me and how moving affects the initial set up.
