Just a local bank.. miss my other bank that chooses to have a better business relationship and my needs with respect
My business was in need of a new account and we had decided on First Bank. Part of our decision was based upon the level of customer service I had received when simply inquiring about the accounts, via phone call. Catrina was helpful, knowledgeable, and quite articulate. When we set the meeting to actually open the accounts, it quickly became a seamless process, something I hadn't had the pleasure of when dealing with banks. We will be bringing all of our business through the Wright City Branch moving forward. Thank you!
