Until last week, I was operating with the assumption that there were two DME providers in Valdosta that do CPAP setup and service. There's one downtown that I used the first time I got a setup 6 years ago. I had no issues with the equipment and, initially, the people who work there were nice and helpful, but shortly afterwards, once the insurance paid the the bill and I paid my Deductible, they started not returning calls, getting my masks every 180 days that I am entitled started becoming a real hassle. 1st American Home Medical Equipment has very nice and friendly staff. One of the ladies there she helped me with my equipment, also showed me properly use it and clean it. This place here have reasonable prices. They accept Care Credit here. I walked out here with peace of mind with my equipment. It's great to go to a business where they listen to your concerns.
