During COVID I discovered how unethical this company is for on auto loans. Even though I agreed to a penalty for late payments, they did not allow that to occur and took funds from my normal account for food and heating in the winter without authorization. Also- just today I've done regular banking with them since married and deposited checks with both my legal and married names without issue for 5 years. I reached out to this branch today because I've been struggling to make a payment on my grandfather's auto loan since he recently had a stroke. I spoke with a representative at this branch who denied that I had ever made a payment via phone, despite me having emailed receipts as proof. She then put me on hold for 16 minutes and never returned to assist me, nor did she answer when I tried calling back. This ongoing difficulty with making a payment is unacceptable.
