READ ME...Had this bank for 10+ years had good experiences until new leadership took over the company and still had a vehicle loan through them. The reason I am leaving the review here is because this is the branch I did the loan through and had this experience through. I got injured on a job and was out of work for awhile due to the injury. Poor loan service in especially “collections department” Being charged late fees monthly on an auto draft loan. Knowone will even respond to my emails , but they can keep taking fees out I don’t owe!! Poor service!!! This does not include Penny!! She is great always has been since NWS !
