My experience with this firm was very unorganized and uncomfortable. The process never felt structured, and at one point Scott even forgot our deposition, which left me attending alone with the insurance company’s attorney. The results were predictably disappointing. It became clear that Scott and his partner prioritize their bottom line over putting in the proper work. There are many other attorneys who take their clients more seriously — I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Tried calling three times. Could never get to my local law office. It kept sending me to other states.
If you want an attorney who won’t ghost you after you sign on with them, Scott McDonald is the guy. Active communication with quality physicians and making sure you get the care needed while also making the insurance companies do their job. Great member of our community
