I ordered a XL calendar on November 25th. I have reached out on 2 different occasions about my item. The first time was on December 8th and I was told to give them a little more time to ship out due to the holiday rush, so I did. I reached back out on Dec. 16th and now I'm told it shipped and is lost. Although the tracking shows a label created but never leaving. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, saw that they had closed early, but were let in after the clerk saw us at the door. It’s a great shop filled with 1canoe2 products, plants, and other wares.
