Sylvia was awesome to work with! Helped me out and let me use the shop and tools to swap a tube on my rear tire. Highly recommend the shop for repairs, supplies or buying new!
I first showed up to ASU cycles with a flat on my e-bike and Kenny took care of me real quick and got me going again in no time. I then started to get more issues with my tires, and Kenny helped me out with some tire inserts to prevent flats. He has gone above and beyond with his service and I have become a regular now and go to ASU for all my bike needs. I really recommend this bike shop!
Like everyone else here says, Kenny is the man! Coming from many types of service industry and retail background I've come to know who cares and who doesn't over the years. You can tell Kenny definitely cares (rare these days), has passion and is very knowledgeable about cycling. Took the time to walk us through the store and showed me every cool little things when I first walked (hour before closing even). Dropped of my road bike for a tuneup and made it brand new again.
