I would give negative 1,000 stars if I could! PLEASE… if you are considering this loan company RUN the other way!!! The staff here is extremely rude and has been since I first began with them! They are not personable at all, they have very poor customer service and have absolutely no business dealing with customers or their finances. Incompetence all up in that place. No professionalism in sight. I did a payment arrangement on the first of March, yet it was not posted, or updated. What do you guys do there exactly? I've asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times, and was denied in all accounts. I recorded most of these calls so I know I'm in the right. Next stop will be the BBB, if this keeps up.
