Made a payment arrangement yesterday and my car gone today , not sure if the left hand knows what the right hand is doing in that company
Incompetence all up in that place. No professionalism in sight. I did a payment arrangement on the first of March, yet it was not posted, or updated. What do you guys do there exactly? I've asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times, and was denied in all accounts. I recorded most of these calls so I know I'm in the right. Next stop will be the BBB, if this keeps up.

I had nothing but good experiences with this company. It’s now that I am having a communication issue and need someone here to answer the calls so that I can get my title mailed to me and the lien holder removed I have been hung up on 3times by option 1 for an operator I’ve left messages with the title department and the underwriter NOW WAITING For A VERY NICE young LADY TO RESEARCH AND RETURN MY CALL I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN HER NAME and she’s in the financial department 🤷♀️🤦♀️🥹fingers crossed
