This is the worse medical transportation. Over 1 hour late to pick up for medical appointment. Dispatchers lie, keep saying they are 5 minutes away. Lie saying the went to go pick you up but know one was out there in 100 degree weather waiting. I waited by the front door, bunch of liars. Waited over 1 hour and a half still no show. Pitiful company. I feel bad for the elderly and disabled that have to use this Pitiful company
Every experience I’ve had with this company, which is about 3-4 times. Drivers are alway 1-2 hours late. I would call company and person who is on phone sounds very unprofessional. They claim to be under-staff or “I don’t know why they’re running late” or “I don’t know what to tell you” People cannot afford to be an hour or two late for doc appointments.
Love this transportation company for my mother. The have nice and clean vans. The drivers are friendly and helpful. They also arrive in a timely manner and no long wait to return from appointments.
1800Medivan is one of the best non-emergency transportation services in California. Great people.
They are awful!!! No calls to let us know, we were gonna picked up!!! Call the office, they didn't know a thing!! I don't recommend them...
