Really! I get a text reminder the day before my appointment and I go to find the business has vacated the premises. Fraudsters!
The couples hot stone massage was performed by people who were very inexperienced. The stones were scalding hot and then lightly and gingerly rubbed AT us... not relaxing or therapeutic in the least. The pumpkin facial wasn't cleaned properly after each step and made my face break out around the edges. I'm not going back.
They were a no-show for my appt, no call to cancel or anything. I will find them and sue. I have $250 in gift cards.
Bought service vouchers totalling almost $500 worth of services a few months ago. Tried booking multiple times, and every time on the day of the service they would call to cancel for various reasons. Seems every time I make an appointment (even if it’s weeks in advance) they find some way to cancel. I booked a spa day twice now for me and my best friend who’s a new mom so it is not easy to find child care for her. Both times they’ve been cancelled and this time they didn’t even call. Just sent me an email saying my appointment was canceled and then wouldn’t call me back to tell me why my appointment was cancelled. Had to get them to message me on Facebook.
