This company is awful because they didn't even file my taxes. I never received a notice from the IRS saying they received my 2019 return. In addition I never got then money I was owed. When I tried to call they claimed that the return was filed and received by the IRS but whenever I would to the refund tracker on the IRS website my information was found. Long story short I wouldn't trust this company and I will never file with them ever again...
This place is a SCAM. I called turbo tax from the number that was provided and they stated they were turbo tax. They told me they wouldn’t charge me and I had explained that I was gonna do my taxes my self to save money but had issues filing and they ‘assured’ me it wouldn’t be charged. I have texts stating so as well. They lied on my return stating I attended school when I didn’t and I had explained I hadn’t. This resulted in additional fees that they pocketed. Can someone who has been scammed by this place reach out to me? I'm not sure what to do but they took almost 300 dollars off my taxes when they promised I would get 100% of my return. My email is first name, last name, the numbers 224 @gmail.com. If i dont get my money i fully plan on suing them. If they record calls for insurance then they are double screwed because I had multiple people tell me I was getting 100% percent of my refund.
