Had a great experience with this company. Mary-Ann and Stuart in the office were honest and friendly about costing and timetables. When it came to moving day, Lawrence the driver and the rest of the team were very proficient, careful and friendly. Nothing was too big a problem though we had underestimated our load. We met them at the other end, some 1200km's away and they had unpacked the truck and placed everything in our new home before we even got there. Thanks to all the team, highly recommended

I found the initial customer service very good with 1800 removals and I decided to book with them to transport my furniture from Cairns to Brisbane, especially considering they advertised as being a "family run company". Once I'd paid the deposit though, everything rapidly declined. I made probably close to 20 phone calls to get pickup time in Cairns and was constantly told other times than what I'd agreed to and to the point, they told me that they might collect my furniture the following day to what we had agreed upon. This company is great! There are too many positives to list here. But I will note a few. Aaron from the office was a great help. I came back to him frequently to check in and update my booking. He was always friendly and genuine. He made sure I knew what I would be receiving and went above and beyond to assist me. I had Gene and Steve doing my removals for me. We have used 1800 Removals for furniture delivery from the Gold Coast to Toowoomba. We value 1800 removals service as the furniture is precious and expensive. Their customer service is excellent. This morning we had another piece of furniture delivered. Jason kept me informed of the delivery time and both Jason and Dan were polite and courteous on their arrival and placed furniture exactly where we needed it to be. Thank you

I think we called the head office about 2-5 times checking that we have done everything correct like labelling and etc! The girls were super lovely. The driver called 15min before pick up just to let us know. Both guys were really nice and made us feel at ease. Had a great chat with them while they moved our 1bedroom within 1hr. Totally recommend
