Horrible customer service. So bad that I would consider not returning. Which is a shame because their stuff is really nice. I wished I had more time to really look through. The main issue for me was they had at least 3 different lights throughout the store that were flickering. I was only there for 10 minutes or so and that was enough to give me a full blown migraine. Terrible Customer Service and Unfriendly Attitude I had a very unpleasant experience at 151 Space today. After picking up a few items, I went to the counter to pay and told the cashier I’d be using Visa. She informed me there would be an additional 2% charge for using a credit card, so I switched to debit instead. As I paid, I politely suggested that they consider a payment system that doesn’t penalize customers for using credit cards.
