Booked a maxi cab several days in advance for 8 people to pick up at a palm beach gold coast restaurant at 9.30pm, the driver called around that time and said he was on his way, several minutes later I tried called him back as he hadn’t arrived, to end up with a computer telling me our maxi cab wasn’t coming but they would check for another maxi cab, several minutes later I tried again with the same result. So we gave up and had to call two Ubers. Don’t rely on this company.

This is the second time they have not shown up for a taxi booking. The contempt they show for their customers is staggering. Please do not complain about Uber etc taking your business because you are deplorable. Getting the Uber app tonight. Had a doctors appointment as well. I hope your business goes bust.

Dangerous Driving and Unprofessional Behavior I had a very negative experience with a 13cabs driver on July 17, 2025, in Southport (Gold Coast). The driver dangerously cut into my turning lane without indicating, nearly causing an accident. When I confronted him afterwards, he responded by making an obscene hand gesture (middle finger) toward me. I wouldn’t give any stars, crazy driver in the number plate T59420, no indicator when turning , cut into the line at front of our vehicle when turning, being rude when we try to talk to him
