I hired Mr Mendez to submit my response for the divorce papers I was served. I gave him the date and the deposit he required. Not only did he miss the filing date he caused a lot of grief for me as well. He had to file a motion to set aside the default judgment because he missed the date and the attorney for my ex filed for default. To this day he never served the attorney’s office my ex.
