Very bad experience with Lori Duran. She pulled my credit without letting me know, she stated that she will pull soft credit, not hard inquiry. I got notification that my hard inquiry was pulled. I called her and she stated that "she needed to put application" Thanks to Johnny he helped me with everything to send the necessary letter, now I have to deal with that. If you need something please ask for Johnny, stay away from Lori Duran.
