I don't bank with them. I bank with VyStar, but 121 Financial Credit Union is pretty cool, my friend says. They were very nice and helpful and assisting my friend, and the atmosphere was kind of cool it was an abandoning building at one time, but they redid it and built the property up, and now it looks great.

Before it was 121 Financial Credit it was Telco C.U. They serviced BELLSOUTH the telephone company. I have banked with this company for over 40 years and NEVER wanted to change Credit Unions. I HAVE truly ENJOYED the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from the Staff throughout the years. I've VISITED ALL the Jacksonville BRANCHES including the downtown branch and have RECEIVED the SAME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank You 121 for all your help throughout these years.

I HAVE ALWAYS FELT COMFORTABLE AND HELP BUY THE EMPLOYEES GOOD DOOR WELCOM ADDRESSED BY NAME BY SOME ALSO WELL TOOKEN CARE OF
