Worst credit union I have ever dealt with!! Stay away....
they are far from the concept of credit union with a lots of Hidden fees.
Just seems to be going downhill FAST!! Trying to run a business by myself, close shop to drive to the place, only to find out they decided to close during business hours for employee training. REALLY??? Train them before you hire them or on Sunday....not when people are trying to take care of business. Now who pays the late fees because I couldn't pay on my loan?? Get with it. May have to try Vystar
If you don't maintain at least $4,000 in your checking account they charge you $4-5/month. An excellent credit union if you enjoy having your earnings gouged by a "community-elected" board that cares more about lining their own wallets than keeping their customers (and source of revenue) happy. This is coming from a long-time customer that's now happy switched banks.
Was sadly suprized by how Unresponsive the loan officers and loan dept Managment . Was In the market for mortgage and or a home equity product and could not get anyone to follow through with simple call backs . Seriously considering closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere
