I have been a member of this credit union for years. I was saddened to see that they have given in to the idiocy of today by asking me What do I identify as!!. I identify as the sex I was born. If they and others feel you can identify to any sex, the question should be omitted.
Was the best for 40 yrs went downhill. I feel sorry for the stressed employees.
Visited the Mandarin branch before lunch today on an important issue. Not only could the branch manager not take the time to discuss the issue while I sat waiting, nor could she even bother calling me back this afternoon as promised. @121Financial is clearly not much for member service any longer.
