Well had to drop my 5 star down to a two . Only because the lady at the cash out window gave me attitude after I nicely asked for 20s back instead of a solid 100 she then proceeded to slam the cash on the counter umm like excuse me I was nice about it.

What a disappointing experience. My wife and I came in looking forward to enjoying a few drinks and a nice meal, but it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. We waited more than 20 minutes for our drinks, to the point where I had to get up and take care of it myself. What was even more frustrating than the wait was the attitude of the bartenders, who seemed annoyed rather than interested in helping their customers.
