Thanks for working your magic on me yesterday, Kristen! I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had since I strained my back a week or so ago. And the day has been better too. I was able to get back to the gym and, with the appropriate moderation you suggested, do my complete regular workout.
Cinda is so efficient and delightful. She’s knowledgeable and fixed me up after one visit. I will now call her before the pain gets worse knowing how helpful she can be on the front end.
I was 8 weeks post knee replacement when I started therapy with Christian. I told him I wanted to be able to hike in Belize in 6 weeks. First we had to calm the inflammation before I could train for hiking. He set up a plan and I followed it. I was able to do most everything I wanted in Belize, minus the waterfall rappelling down 250 ft. I was so grateful and amazed at his knowledge of what I needed to do in order to prepare my knee for this trip.
