I’ve lived in 1070 for 3 months and already want to break my lease. It hasn’t been any worse than a nightmare to live here. Brown recluses EVERYWHERE and when I told the office they said “you need to request in a pest control service” EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGE PEST CONTROL EVERY MONTH WITH THE RENT” but no they’re supposed to be coming out every Friday automatically but they’re not actually gonna come because I NEVER HAD A PEST CONTROL GUY COME BY AND GET RID OF MY DEADLY SPIDERS. The place is a nightmare. There are brown recluse spiders, bugs and rodents. Maintenance never shows up in a timely manner and the office is no better in responding. You normally have to call them back to follow-up. My current situation is with mice and they want me to wait almost a week for pest control. I pay that shit every month.
