I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and Joelle. Their customer service is outstanding and they are so kind and welcoming. Andrew repaired a part of my Thule bike rack and spent a large amount of time doing and so I was so happy to pay him. He did not want to accept any money. Of course I showed my appreciation anyway, but he had the tenacity to fix the part, which would’ve cost me a lot of money to replace. I went in to get a tire replaced. Super friendly and knowledgeable people. I found my bike shop 😃
My son really wanted a bike, and by chance we saw the store and decided to stop in. We looked around and realized the prices were a bit out of our range. Then the kind and generous salesperson told us he had a used bike that someone had donated, and he’d be happy to give it to us for free. So while we didn’t end up buying anything, we received truly wonderful service — and we’ll do our best to pay the kindness forward. Thank you❤️
