I was very disappointed. I had my taxes done in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In 2012, I submitted my taxes and it took them a while to reply, after email traffic and personal phone calls. I finally had H&R block complete my taxes. Just recently (mid Jan 2015 timeframe) I received a letter stating that they would report me to the IRS for not paying 2011 taxes.
