This accounting firm is an unmitigated disaster. Their communication is abysmal, with a staggering lack of accountability and zero follow-through on commitments. It's glaringly obvious that their sole priority is exploiting new clients, shamelessly discarding existing ones like trash. Their egregious incompetence, blatant unprofessionalism, and utter disdain for client satisfaction make them a toxic liability to anyone unfortunate enough to entrust them with their finances."
