Dian has been so amazing to work with.. we hadn’t heard of deferred before this last transaction and I was initially unsure but reading these reviews made me feel a lot better. Anyone else who hasn’t heard of them - give them a shot! This is such a good business model and definitely a very good UX and best in class customer experience! Michelle's customer service was unbelievable especially because I called her two days before closing and she walked me through the process very easily and took care of everything. I was skeptical of a no fee exchange but I understand that they don't need to charge fees because that's double dipping and it's more fair for them not to charge a fee compared to other companies and make money off of your money and charge fees. Would 10000% recommend!!!
I was a bit skeptical at first since advertised as no cost for a 1031 exchange. I had a very informative discussion/interview with Daniel before we decided to go with Deferred.com. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. This was my first time doing a 1031 exchange so I researched the process very carefully. The process was almost exclusively online. Very easy platform to use. All transfers happened on time and without delay. I would definitely use them for doing a 1031 exchange without hassle.
