OUTSTANDINGLY FLAWLESS PROCESS! From the beginning to the end. Before choosing them I thoroughly checked the company especially because of the advertised no fee service. I learned that 1031 exchange companies make their revenue not just from the fee but also from the interest that the capital produces while kept on an escrow banking account during the transaction.
