Irini is an excellent therapist. I look forward to seeing her so I can get some relief. She takes her time and listens to your concerns while suggesting things that can help. Front desk staff is very pleasant and place is super clean and welcoming. The acupuncture is a nice touch that not all therapists offer. I highly recommend this place.
Lori at 1020 Sports Medicine is excellent! I had frozen shoulder and was worried I would be out 2025 golfing season. Through the excellent care and exercise provided over a period of 2 months I was able to regain my movement fully. Anytime I have gone to Lori she has accurately diagnosed my issue and helped me resolve through physio and exercise. Keeping up with the exercises means I don’t see Lori often but she is my choice for physio when anything comes up!
Cancelled my girlfriend’s appointment 1 week out because the doctor … “was not in office that day”. People plan around these appointments months in advance, having to completely re-work their personal and professional life to accommodate medical professionals schedules. Clearly 1020 either (1) doesn’t know when their doctors are going to be working and will just book your appointment on a hope and prayer or (2) knows they’ll cancel but simply decides to upend your life for their own connivence.
