Excellent physiotherapists Stephanie and Lori are highly knowledgeable and friendly. The business model for direct billing is terrible. Only place I've visited that does not take insurance payment the same day as your appointment. They wait 1 month. They will keep telling you your insurance is good, every appointment and then call you at the end of the month. Sounds fishy to me.
Lori was really thorough in her examination. I have been seeing different therapists over a period of 1.5 years and felt very seen and cared for by Lori. Her knowledge and way of explaining symptoms in relation to my pain was reassuring as well. Great friendly staff and location as well.
The first thing when you arrive is a terrific receptionist. Lori Pisclevich is a very kind and efficient therapist. I highly recommend 1020 Sport Medicine.
