I made an appointment at 101 because I had some life events that could have changed my tax situation. Not only was my prior information incorrect, Tom showed me specifically what the tax law was and how it applied to my situation. He saved me a good sum of money. I would recommend him highly to anyone in the Dublin,NH area looking for tax prep help.
101 Tax Prep doesn’t care about small businesses. I went to them several months before my taxes were due and gave them all the information they needed. Then when it was time to submit it my tax return was filed with major mistakes that included the wrong social security number and the wrong address. As a result of this the IRS did not get the correct information, never were able to mail me confirmation of my return and lost my return and worst of all, they lost the check and the money I had sent them.
