Poor building management. Extremely distespectful of elderly tenants. Maintenance team is aces, the best, but the property manager, specifically a man ny the name of Mr. Black is outright belligerently rude to long term tenants and has no business having the job he holds. Its really a disaervice and disgrace. Reverend Baharian, the founder and develepor of the property, who was a personal friend of my Grandfather, a state Judge in Quincy, is likely rolling over in his grave God rest his soul.
