RecommendedI recommend this place. At first I was a little skeptical about trying this place because I hadn’t heard of it before but once I talked with Idalis I was reassured by everything. I love the new couch set that I bought from here. Everything was great from the customer service to the deliver. I read some other reviews and was surprised by some but I didn’t have a bad experience here. Things happen but I definitely will be buying a new bed set from here!
After telling them multiple times to make sure they had the correct delivery address, my stuff was delivered to the wrong address. All my pieces were not delivered together as I was told they would be. It took me 7 messages to get a hold of Idalis on Offer up to get the set in the first place. I wasted my lunch hour today for a delivery that was not sent to the right place and now I have to leave work again and then spend another lunch hour on Thursday waiting for the remaining piece. Not AWESOME.
