I had a terrible experience with this company when I hired them to replace my awning fabric. After installation, they neglected to make the necessary adjustments to prevent future damage. Instead, they responded unprofessionally, insisting my awning arms were outdated and worn out. I paid them twice for the installation, but the awning still didn’t work properly.
