Excellent customer service and a quality product! Ordered an item and asked to be notified if the item was out of stock. They promptly notified me that there was a three week lead time on the item, enabling me to substitute something similar. The changes were made easily, swiftly and with constant e-mail updates.
I have no idea if this company makes quality furniture because my order never arrived. When I ordered a medicine cabinet online and paid for the item, then waited 8 weeks with no shipment or correspondance, I called. Spoke with a nice lady who said she would get back to me. Never happened. Over the course of the next 2 months, I was told they lost my original order, so I re-ordered, tried to contact via email and phone numerous times, but received no response.
