Went in today the last day of the month. Not too busy. Esbeidy was very helpful transferring my out of state license to an az state license. Very patient with my toddler. Her helping me made it so much easier than what adot did to help me. Felt personal and warm welcoming. I’d recommend coming here if you don’t want to wait in long lines at adot and need guidance on what to do and documents to get.
Stay away from this place if possible. Don't go off the Google reviews. Go to the BBB reviews. Those are the real one and not the ones they can manage. The BBB won't accept them as a good business. That tells you everything you need to know. If you do use this shady place please please please keep everything you get from them and download a recording app on your phone and record every conversation you have with them.
