This is by far the worst experience, save yourself a headache and hassle and spend a little bit more else where. First of all, it will take at least 3 months to get your product. Look at all the other reviews and they will all say similar things. They will lie and make excuse after excuse. Second, they will charge you immediately while furniture is on constant delay. Don’t do business with them not professional
I bought my locally made couch from Furniture Shack a few weeks ago and have been loving it so much! It is so comfortable and quality made. Bill was super helpful and was able to order the couch I wanted in the size best for my space. My space is now my sanctuary. Thank you Bill and the rest of the Furniture Shack team!
One star is WAY too generous for this 'company'. I ordered an $1800 power recliner in January,I still do not have it. They are ignoring my emails,now. If you call them ,they give excuse after excuse..telling you that they will call you 'right back',but NEVER do. If you dare ask for a refund,they get all defensive and rattle off a litany of fees they will charge you for the privilige.They purposely wait for day 31 so they do not have to give a full refund.
