Called Shawn 3 weeks ago for a part I desperately need. Shawn said “I’m sure I have 3 or 4 of that gear in the back room” Now 4 phone calls and 3 weeks later no return phone call and no part in hand. Save yourself the aggravation and do business with someone else. Also Shawn has a “YOU’RE BUGGING ME” kind of attitude. Not sure how he is still in business.
The employee's were very disrespectful, I went in there for a simple tube change, I supplied the tube and it costed $50, which is outrageous. It took the guy nearly and hour and a half to even begin working on it, and no, he didn't have anything else to do.
Don’t go here! That’s all I can say! Trust my wise advice!
