Is this you? I pre-ordered 2 boxes of circuit legends and they cut them open and re-taped them. They told me mattel recalled them to put stickers on the back of the ferraris. 🤣 they did a video about it so it's real.
This place has one of the worst customer service operations you will ever have the misfortune to find. It's actually kind of impressive how bad they are for a company that's been around for quite some time. Dismissive, one-word responses (when they bother to respond at all), poor communication, zero explanations - in fact, using the word "service" at all in reference to how they treat their customers is a stretch. This place will eventually deliver what you ordered - just don't expect a modern website, timely communication, or anything approaching actual customer service. It may take weeks longer than expected before something just shows up on your doorstep out of the blue but, bottom line, it's not a scam - they do deliver . . . eventually.
