Man if only zero stars was an option. I did a pre order through them over back in the middle of July (3 months ago). Didn’t hear anything for a month or two so I emailed asking for an ETA, they replied September. Fast forward to now, which is almost the middle of October, asked for another ETA as it never got shipped. They ignored my emails until I finally told them to just cancel it if it wasn’t shipping soon since it was already a month past when they said it would ship. WORST PLACER TO BUY DIECAST. Extremely poor customer service; you send an email explaining your situation, and they just reply, "We'll ship it next week," without even saying hello. Items were missing from my first order; it came with a slip listing everything that was supposed to be in the box, but some of those items were missing. Worst of all, it took them TWO MONTHS to ship my order. They owed me a sealed box of products but didn't ship it for a month; I had to file a complaint just to get a refund.
Cuz yall stink at doing business and when your called out on social media you block them instead of making it right. Buyer beware. Pre-orders take months or more to ship if they ever do. They use your money for interest free loans and ship when they feel like it. Loser company!
