Avoid them at all costs, it took them a month to ship my order and I still haven't recieved my purchase from two months ago. They charged me twice for shipping and never responded to my emails, do not buy from them!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM 1STOP DIECAST!!!!!!!
Ordered Matchbox qty 24. Several dupes. Not a happy customer. Also, featured motorcycles, didn't receive one. Will not order from this company again.
My dealing with Fred Blood and company has always been first class, given the fact these guys fill thousands of orders every few days, no doubt one might be slower then others but I know for a fact you’ll get what you ordered sooner then later, Outstanding company that is top notch quality and service,
I’m going to add my experience with this company. Main points are, their communication of transactions is horrid and their customer service is extremely poor and they retaliate to customers sharing their experiences. My experience is similar to the other 1 star reviews that seem accurate to me and what I was dealt with. Placed an order with them then waited almost a month before we heard from them and then had to call and check on our order. After they took our money then they decided we didn't sign something and instead of pointing it out decided to reply with a smart remark. Definitely do not recommend doing business with them
