Prices are pretty solid too—not the absolute cheapest, but competitive for what you get, especially on cases or rarer drops.That said, their customer support? It's an absolute disaster. Ignoring basic requests, ghosting on promised updates, and blocking customers who ask questions? That's not how you build trust.

Is this you? I pre-ordered 2 boxes of circuit legends and they cut them open and re-taped them. They told me mattel recalled them to put stickers on the back of the ferraris. 🤣 they did a video about it so it's real.
This place has one of the worst customer service operations you will ever have the misfortune to find. It's actually kind of impressive how bad they are for a company that's been around for quite some time. Dismissive, one-word responses (when they bother to respond at all), poor communication, zero explanations - in fact, using the word "service" at all in reference to how they treat their customers is a stretch.
