Travis is a true craftsman and extremely knowledgeable about blades and how to properly take care of them. He sharpened my set of Gunter Willhem knives that I use extensively. They haven’t been sharper in the 12 years I’ve owned them. He even gave a free lesson afterwards on how to keep them sharp moving forward. Can not recommend him enough!
Mr. Nagatani was super knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to do a proper job and didn’t take any shortcuts. End product was everything I hoped.
I would like to give Travis more than five stars!!! We had such a great experience. We have a very expensive chef knife that we had neglected sharpening and honing. We were not sure exact;ly what to do about up keep on this great knife. Travis sharpened the knife beautifully and also gave us a lesson in keeping the knife sharp and honed.
