Absolutely terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs! I took my iPhone 15 in for a repair, and while the initial fix seemed fine, we quickly noticed white lines and dots on the screen. We brought it back to have the battery replaced, and that’s when things went from bad to worse. The technician removed the phone from our Otterbox drop-proof case without unscrewing the sides properly, and in the process, cracked the back glass of the phone. Took my phone in to replace screen. Found them to be very reasonably priced and they provided quick, excellent service. I would recommend.
Samsung Galaxy S22 had battery malfunction. This place did battery replacement with Samsung battery same day and for less than other companies (I got quotes from many places). Other places all said battery had to be ordered in and would take days to arrive. So far new battery performing admirably. Happy!
