Professional, yet warm and friendly. Great customer service. Ms. Roma guided us through POA attestation and notarization, and also helped us by scanning a few originals we had forgotten to bring copies of.
Very professional. Set up an appointment as requested. Job was done in 10 minutes. She even gave some good pointers for property documents for India that was very helpful. 06/24 update: service is even better 5 years later. We needed something done on Sunday night and she set up an appointment for 7:30 PM. Seriously came through for an OCI document notarization.
