While my package was sent as expected, the customer service was deeply disappointing. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the lady I encountered was dismissive without provocation. I didn't even have the chance to say anything before feeling unwelcome. A business cannot thrive with that kind of attitude. Save yourself the trouble and shop/drop/receive elsewhere, please.

Avoid this FedEx/UPS/whatever pick-up point at all costs! Tiny, filthy shop run by an incredibly rude and unfriendly Asian family. Both father and daughter treat customers like a nuisance — they’re aggressive, refuse to help, and speak with such a thick accent that basic communication is nearly impossible. The whole place is disgustingly dirty, and packages are literally thrown in the dirt or left piled on the grimy floor. FedEx and UPS should be ashamed to use this location.
