I am the owner of Jays Auto Repair, been in business since April 2005. 1-800-Radiator denied me a warranty, due to me not buying ALL the necessary parts from them, that was required to validate the warranty. They DID NOT have ability to get expansion valve for me, at the time, so I purchased it from O'Reilly's that same day (I have ALL my receipts). Talked to 3 different employees there, and all were far to quick to deny me a warranty, and now I will buy from another place from now on, that will honor warranties
