10 days late shipping my furniture, arrived reeking of mildew.
Unsatisfied with this service. The drivers are the only positive points I can make about this company. The call back , the wait time, the cancelation of pickups. Provided incorrect information from the sales representative.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEEEEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely awful. Bad on me for not looking at the reviews, first. Pay the extra money and get a company who you can actually contact. I will not bore you with the details of our experience, but just the fact that I have had to call 3 times and have been on hold 45 minutes, the first time, 35 minutes, the second time and currently, as we speak, at 1 hour and 22 mins. As much as I wanted to speak volumes about our moving experience using pack rat- unfortunately, I cannot. Yep, they absolutely delivered on time, made it up our driveway when others wouldn’t even try, and the delivery guy was great! But unfortunately the positive reviews stop there, we were scheduled to have our unit picked up on 7/3 and we were contacted and told that was not going to be possible (this had been scheduled for over a week), we asked for a Saturday pick up (it is July 4th) but we needed it gone as we are closi... read more
Delivery of container was 1 day late called customer service placed on hold for over 30 min to finally have some one answer only to tranfer to someone else and wait all over again. Finally eexplain that driver never showed up. Was told that driver skipped our delivery with no explanation as to why. We tgen changed our pick date, again no one showed up or call.
