Do not use this company. We hired them for a long distance move from Texas to North Carolina. We scheduled the drop off for 4 weeks after our move and were told 2 days before the drop off they could not fit the unit at the home because the “streets were too small”. We rescheduled the drop off to a different location for the same drop off day and confirmed a morning drop off, which we were charged for. Your guys are blocking the road on Heath Grove, Huntersville NC. The driver just looked at me and continued with his task when I was blowing my horn for him to move the truck back in the driveway a few feet. My house was right there. There was also another car trying to get through from the other direction. Finally the truck driver moved to truck back so I could drive past, after me continuing to blow my horn. Its so rude to come into a subdivision and block the road.

If you're even considering this company for a move just don't. Even if they are the better priced option, trust me you’ll save yourself time, and potentially plenty of other headaches by not using them. We used them for a long distance move from Arizona to North Carolina and it was just a shit show. We planned our entire move around our container showing up on the scheduled date and gave them an extra day from their 8-10 business day time frame.
