Delivery of container was 1 day late called customer service placed on hold for over 30 min to finally have some one answer only to tranfer to someone else and wait all over again. Finally eexplain that driver never showed up. Was told that driver skipped our delivery with no explanation as to why. We tgen changed our pick date, again no one showed up or call. Everyone at this location I dealt with was great. Jamie was super helpful and responsive and Antonio and Isaiah had no issues getting the pod dropped off and picked up in a mountainous area. Very impressed with the guys on this side!
Ordered a moving container. It was supposed to be delivered today but no phone call, no info.
. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE I was supposed to have my pod weds (5/27) and they have canceled multiple times. First the driver called out, next the mechanic was checking their truck, now they are still waiting on the mechanic to check their truck. I am in my new home with no furniture and no hope that it will ever arrive.
