Incredibly disappointed with my experience with packrat. Spoke with a representative over a month before my move across the country. I needed to get my items to the destination on the first, and so he assured me that would be the case and set the pick up to give them enough time. I received a call today (9 days before the first), after payment was made, informing me that it would actually be arriving the 6th, 5 days late.
