Started off ok with a great driver who came and took our container to Glen Burnie - Then came the nightmare of making it impossible to call Glen Burnie directly to get access to our container and when we finally did they kept charging us for the one we'd already emptied. We are out over $600 in storage for an empty container. Not good and I expected a refund and instead they denied my request while charging my card again without my permission
Kam and the rest of the pack rat team were very good and professional. Was able to get a move scheduled for cross country with very little forewarning so great work on their part for that!

Great experience with storage, pickup and delivery of my container. The delivery driver Vallerie was very communicative and helpful during the delivery process. I would definitely use their service again in the future if I move long distance
