James came to drop off our unit. Great guy and is very knowledgeable about how his equipment works and use it to his advantage to get the job quickly and efficiently. He has a great personality and spent a few minutes talking to him! He knows how to put the unit where you want it and can give advice on what will work best for you.
Glen was the best! He was able to place the pod in an extremely tight window that almost wasn’t doable. I thought at one point we would have to abandon it, but he was able to make it work. So thankful for him, Many drivers may not have stuck with it. He was extremely courteous throughout, All-around SUPER nice guy. I will use one, 1-800 Pack Rat again specifically because of Glen.
James was great! He was professional and explained everything. He even went the extra mile to call his office and inquire about a bigger container for my move. Highly recommend James!!
