I ordered the $115 XL buquet and it was like 10 flowers in a small vase. They came 3 days late, to the wrong address. I was only given a partial refund, after both calling and using the text chat service. Good thing for nice neighbors, or she never would have recieved them.

The communication of the company sucks. I’ve been trying to get flowers for two days now and they keep on saying the same thing they are supposed to be delivered by 8 o’clock today that was two days ago and they been saying that for two days they won’t give me a full refund, so there’s just pretty much taking my money and not giving me my stuff.
