I am sooooo thankful to have found Dr. Byrd during my melanoma journey…. She is caring, kind, and very thorough—her expert eyes have caught several concerns and she gives me so much peace of mind…. Thank you Dr Chu and your entire team! I wish I could remember everyone’s name to give you all the credit you deserve. After nine hours of working on my dad yesterday he woke up feeling and looking better than he has in a long time. At 89 years old I was concerned for his overall health. Having to bring my sweet momma with dementia to his appointments can be tough but your patience made it so much better. It was a long day but very grateful for all of you!

POOR SERVICE. I'm a veteran who got temporarily authorized to go to this office. When it expired, the service needed to get extended. Per protocol, the provider submits a Request of Service VA Form 10-10172 (it's available online). I called and gave them the protocol, form, and instructions per the VA. 2-3 weeks later when I call back, no-one knows anything about the message I left and no-one has done anything to gain the authorization.
