I come in for an appt. And the doctor informed me that he wanted his assistant to do the procedure so I needed to make 2 more appointments, I took the whole day off for this appointment so it was a waist of my day time and money if he already knew that he wanted his assistant to see me why waist my time . I will never come here again
I was eight minutes late to my appointment. When I went in to the exam room with the nurse, i let her know that I had two areas that I wanted the dermatologist to look at. She told me because I only put one area on my initial scheduling appointment that because I was eight minutes late.She would not be able to look at both areas that I would have to schedule another appointment. I've been to Pariser twice in the last couple of years. The docs I have seen have been great, it's their appointment system and their chat function for clients that isn't helpful. Their customer service is unfriendly and unhelpful. You can also NEVER find a convenient appointment. I've given up. Time to find a new derm!
I love coming to Pariser. Dr. Rachel Ellis is such a wonderful and a great doctor. So as her staff. Dr. Ellis is straight to the point and will get right to what is needed to be done. They are always nice and pleasant whenever they get me in. They always try to fit me into their schedule. Always ask for Dr.Ellis. One of the best dermatologist.
