Chesapeake front office staff very professional. Made appts with office twice due to unusual sudden hair loss. Both appts were told due to breakage and inappropriate maintenance. Disappointed that a more thorough exam was not done. I’m thinking alll possibilities of causes should have been looked into vs. looking at the obvious and making a diagnosis. My appointment was rushed and a few places were missed. I had basal cell carcinoma on my lip that I had a feeling about because I had it on my other side of the lip before. It was missed and I specifically asked about it. I had to have MOHs over at Tidewater Dermatology, thankfully they listened to me and caught it.
