It was the worst experience I've ever had. She's not an accountant, she is just a bookkeeper. She doesn't listen to any of my questions or requests, and acts like she's an expert without knowledge. She doesn't even know what is deductible. I ended up checking with a qualified accountant, and the amount of tax I owed was reduced by almost half.
