Updated review 8/11/26: I’ve reviewed Relife Acupuncture before, but after my recent experience, I felt I needed to come back and write another review. When I first came to Relife, I wasn’t sure if it would actually help me because my shoulder hadn’t improved in the past six years. Now, almost a year later, I can honestly say the support and treatment I’ve received have helped me tremendously. I’m finally able to use my shoulder for things I never thought I’d be able to do again. The environment here is amazing, and the doctor is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I’ll always be grateful for everything this place has done for me.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Tsai since 2017 for help with irregular cycles, and she has truly changed my life. After consistent treatments, my cycle eventually became regular, so I took about a year off from acupuncture. When my cycle stopped again for two months, I returned to Dr. Tsai—and it came back after just two visits. My family also sees her for various health concerns, and we all trust her deeply! I’m incredibly grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone dealing with similar issues.
My period hasn’t been regular and with slight POCS syndrome, sometimes it worries me when my period is late. Dr. Tsai is very nice and warm to understand all details of my condition before the acupuncture treatment. It’s effective and she’s very gentle as well.
